KANSAS CITY, Mo.?(BUSINESS WIRE)?Often compared to Santa Fe, N.M., and Aspen, Colo., in the United States, San Miguel de Allende is valued as one of the most unique and desirable areas of Mexico by retirees and vacationers. Changing that will be the focus of a recent partnership that has formed between United Country Real Estate, the leading lifestyle real estate company in the U.S., and local market real estate leader CDR of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

Jean Paul Pelletier, Mexico master franchisor with United Country Real Estate, signed an agreement with Dolan and Howze to have exclusive rights to two states in Mexico Guanajuato and Quertaro. San Miguel will be their first office under the United Country CDR franchise agreement, followed by additional offices in the coming years.
